- Skincare and cosmetics must be returned in their original packaging, with an unbroken seal, ensuring their freshness and authenticity.
- Please be aware that products marked as final sale cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances, as they have found their forever home with you.
Once you have received the RMA number, please ensure that the item is thoughtfully packaged and prominently display the RMA number on the outside of the package. This attention to detail will greatly assist us in expediting the return process and providing you with a swift resolution.
